Important: Jym does not collect, store, or process any personal data. We do not track your usage, do not use analytics tools, and do not monetize your data in any way.

2) Contact

When contacting us (e.g. via email), personal data is collected. This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your request or for contacting you and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Your data will be deleted once your request has been processed. This is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the facts in question have been finally clarified and provided that there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary.

3) Data processing

Jym is designed with privacy in mind. All your habit tracking data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on our servers. We do not use any revenue models that would require collecting or processing your data.

4.1 The applicable data protection law grants you comprehensive data subject rights (rights to information and intervention) vis-à-vis the person responsible for the processing of your personal data, about which we will inform you below:

5) Data Security

We take the protection of your data very seriously. Since we do not collect any personal data through our app, there is no risk of your personal data being compromised through our service. All your habit tracking data remains locally on your device and is subject to the security measures provided by your device's operating system.
